SEXposium is a day where sex and science converge, bringing academic and
community audiences together to exchange ideas on love and sex. Serving
students, researchers, and the incurably curious, our mission is to spark
conversation, connection, and curiosity about love, sex, and gender, and
apply the latest research findings to improve relationships, health and
well-being. We also serve up-and-coming scholars- giving students a public
platform to share findings, forge collaborations, and advance their careers.

On *Friday June 29th, *join us at at the Royal Ontario Museum for a day of
provocative dialogue and sexual discovery- packed with talks and posters
that explore the science of sex appeal, sex differences, sexual
orientation, romantic chemistry, and everything in-between.

SEXposium presenters will receive daytime access to talks, panel
discussions, and posters (10:00 am – 5:00 pm), and after-dark access to the
SEXposium aftershow at ROM Friday Night Live

*Volunteer Opportunities*

Got a passion for science education and outreach? SEXposium is recruiting
student volunteers to help make this year’s meeting a success. Volunteers
must
be current graduate or undergraduate students. Students providing 4+ hours
of their time will receive FREE SEXposium 2018 admission and discounted
access to ROM Friday Night Live.

*Speaking Opportunities*

SEXposium welcomes quantitative and qualitative research relating to love,
sex, and gender.  In addition to invited speakers, the symposium will
feature graduate and undergraduate poster & oral presentations, giving
young
researchers a forum to:

*Share your research with academic and community audiences*
*Network with peers & experts conducting research in your area*
*Explore the ROM after dark and enjoy live DJs, drag, and body
painting at Friday Night Live*

Students may present a poster, or apply to be considered by the for a
speedtalk (3 min).

Awards will be granted to outstanding oral and poster presentations.

*The deadline for poster and talk submissions is Monday, June 18, 2018*.
