Let’s Talk Winter Blues with Professor Mark Miller
Seasons change, and so do we.
What’s Winter Blues? What’s SAD, and why does it happen? How should I cope with it? What are some practices that might help me?
As we transition into Winter, the days are getting shorter and like all changes, it can be hard as negative emotions emerge and your daily rhythm is disrupted. In this seminar, we will be talking with the amazing Professor Mark Miller – a philosopher, cognitive scientist, psychology researcher and Happiness Aficionado – about Winter Blues!
Come join us to listen in on Mark’s wisdom and unique perspective on the phenomenon we call Winter Blues, one of the most common forms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
