The Organizational Behaviour at the Rotman School of Management is currently looking for volunteer research assistants for this term (starting immediately) to help design and run studies on gender and self-presentation in the job search process. They are looking for students with strong academic records, and who are reliable, conscientious, and capable of independent work. The Psychology of Emerging Adulthood Research Lab (PEARL) is seeking an undergraduate Research Assistant to assist with a multi-site SSHRC-funded study on family relationships, risk, wellness and well-being in emerging adulthood. The RA will assist with participant recruitment, screening, and scheduling; data collection with parents and young adults using an online survey and a daily survey app; database management; and preliminary data analysis (using SPSS). We are looking for motivated Cognitive Science students who are interested in obtaining research experience in computational cognitive modeling. What are we studying? Languages differ in how they express the same situation. Where English has one preposition on (the cup is on the table, the coat is on the hook), Dutch uses two: op and aan (the cup is *op* the table, the coat is *aan* the hook).
