Emotion Detection Volunteer Research Assistant!

Kang Lee’s Development Lab is looking for motivated individuals to join our team! You will be involved in a series of studies examining emotion detection. We will be examining the ways in which changes in facial blood flow contributes to the detection of emotions. You will be involved in recruiting participants, running the experiments, coding data, preparing stimuli, and recording the results. Sexual violence is an epidemic on UofT campus. Silence is Violence, a grassroots, anti-sexual violence collective at the University of Toronto, is calling for students to complete a survey on sexual violence on campus.  Students in all programs are encouraged to do the survey, whether or not they identify as survivors of sexual violence. The Fraud Research team studies scam detection and victimization in participants ages 18-30 and 60-90. These research assistant position is ideal for an undergraduate student in their 2nd or 3rd year of psychology or a related field. Study Recruitment

The PEARL Lab at OISE is recruiting participants between the ages of 18 and 22 for a research study on the relationship between young adults and their parents, and the impact of this relationship on risk behaviours, wellness behaviours and well-being. You must be in contact with a parent for at least 10 hours a month (including text, phone, email) and be willing to have said parent participate.
