PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR A STUDY ON SLEEP AND MEMORY

We are looking for volunteers to take part in a study looking at how sleep impacts the recall of episodic memory (personal past events). Participants would do a short tour of Baycrest Hospital, then answer questions about the tour. Some participants would sleep overnight at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in a sleep lab while others would stay awake during the rest of the day followed by brief online memory tests. Are you between the ages of 18-35 and currently struggling with alcohol use and anxiety/depression? If so, we invite you to participate in our study about alcohol misuse and emotional problems in young adult Canadians. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of an 8-week, self-directed online treatment program designed to help you cope with symptoms of alcohol use and anxiety/depression.
