Study at CAMH

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is seeking individuals aged 18-65 who are starting cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with a licensed mental health professional. We are interested in examining changes to your emotional experiences over treatment. Participants must be experiencing some depressive symptoms (e.g., low mood, fatigue) but a formal diagnosis of depression is not required. What’s involved: One baseline interview (conducted online) and weekly surveys sent to your smartphone while you complete CBT for up to 12 weeks. All procedures are completed remotely.
