The T1 Agency, just like any other small to large business has been affected in a someway due to COVID-19. T1 employees have been faced with many difficulties in some way within the last few months with wage cuts, quickly adapting to a work from home life, the fear of job loss, and the added stresses for parents.

We would greatly appreciate having someone of expertise to speak to our team (via zoom) about how to manage/ cope these kind of stresses. As well, offering advice to managers on how to communicate effectively to staff working through this and tips on how to be sensitive around difficult subjects.
