Patient Recruiting Opportunity

Part-time bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) student  A part-time bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) student is required to assist with telephone/in-person patient recruitment for a research study in Toronto/Markham area.  Job responsibilities: Patient recruitment/enrollment (telephone/in-person contact), consent participants, conduct follow-ups and organization of virtual focus groups.  Hours: estimated 2-6/week (some flexibility; negotiable)  Pay: $15.90/hr  Qualifications:  Undergraduate student at University of Toronto with background in health sciences (i.e., psychology, nursing, social work, rehabilitation) and in good academic standing (GPA>3.8). PSA Students’ Hours/Study with Me sessions are back!

For Fall 2021, the Volunteer Committee is bringing you two types of virtual hours: Students’ Hours (more discussion based) and Study with Me (quiet study time). Students’ Hours are designed to be an online space that acts in place of traditional office hours. Students can drop-in at any time during the session to ask questions and connect with other psychology undergraduates. This promotes a discussion based session where psychology students can gather and converse about any topic regarding psychology.
