The Social Perception and Cognition Lab is seeking applications for a paid research assistant (RA) position to begin this February. The RA will work on studies examining person perception, non-verbal cues, and political orientation.The work will take between 8 and 10 hours per week, paid hourly. The role will involve the editing of videos into standardized stimuli for the purposes of inclusion in a social perception experiment. The Centre for Mind and Morality, under the direction of Dr. Paul Bloom, at the University of Toronto St. George is seeking 1-2 undergraduate research assistant volunteers for the Winter 2022 semester. This role will be to assist with an ongoing project about how children’s diet choices relate to different personality and cognitive traits and moral decisions. The Psychology of Emerging Adulthood Research Lab (PEARL) at the University of Toronto is seeking 2 undergraduate research volunteers to assist with coding data for a study on the experiences of undergraduate students who have taken a leave of absence from university due to a mental health concern.
