Social Perception and Cognition Lab RA Recruitment

The Social Perception and Cognition Lab is seeking applications for a paid research assistant (RA) position to begin this February. The RA will work on studies examining person perception, non-verbal cues, and political orientation.
The work will take between 8 and 10 hours per week, paid hourly. The role will involve the editing of videos into standardized stimuli for the purposes of inclusion in a social perception experiment. Additionally, there will be opportunities to participate in the collection and analysis of psychological data, propose follow up studies, and engage in a vibrant lab community.

In order to be eligible for this role, you must:

  • have video editing experience (access to Adobe creative cloud apps will be provided)
  • be a UofT undergraduate or graduate student
  • be passionate about learning and social psychology research
